    – Business Administration, advertising or marketing Degree
    – 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, media or advertising and/or digital
    – Experience in Digital Marketing and social media.
    – Microsoft office skills
    – Native Spanish and fluent English required. French is welcomed.
    – Result oriented and creative
    – High capacity to interpret the data, analyze problems and present solutions.
    – Excellent executor with hands on spirit.


The Global digital and social media Marketing Manager will report to the Global Media and Digital Performance Director. His/her mission will be to define and execute the brand presence in digital environment.

– Define the strategies for the different digital areas of the company across key international markets. Inbound and outbound:
o Website, blog and microsite creation, maintenance and management.
o SEM Strategy
o SEO Positioning strategy
o Performance marketing
o CRM building
o Strategy and definition of social network brand architecture.
o Planning of content calendar and community management in social networks.
– Plan and execute all digital marketing activation, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and media branding and performance campaigns. Special focus on the online advertising strategy: purchase of digital media, PPC, Display, VOL, VOD, etc.
– CRM strategy definition. Conquest and loyalty programs creation. Consumer life cycle value creation.
– Data analysis and management.
– Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
– Identify digital trends and insights to boost brand relevance and create online engaging content and experiences.
– Social media, creative and digital media agencies management.
– Community management
– Department budget management.
